Saten Brut Millesimato

Franciacorta Saten Brut Millesimato is not the classic Saten. It guards our energy. It is our boldest interpretation of a product known for its softness, elegance and refinement. It represents our idea of ​​Chardonnay, and is the only Franciacorta produced by Monzio Compagnoni without the use of Pinot Noir.

Color: very deep, thick golden yellow.

Bouquet: It has a rich spectrum of scents, it is enveloping and almost fat without any cloyingness; there are sensations of vanilla, biscuit, liquorice and aniseed.

Taste: In perfect correspondence with the nose, the taste is also full, rich, generous and juicy; all well balanced by an acid base that allows the sweet sensations (of ripe fruit) to express themselves without tiring the palate.
